Cebu Pacific launches summer flying schedule

Cebu Pacific has added flight frequencies from Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao to key domestic and international destinations, to accommodate passenger demand during the summer peak travel period.

Passengers travelling from Singapore will be able to take advantage of more travel options as CEB ramps up its flights frequencies to both Iloilo and Davao from the Lion City.

The airlines has added one flight per week from Iloilo to Singapore, and another flight per week from Davao to Singapore.

This will allow CEB to operate thrice weekly flights to each destination.

CEB will also be adding frequencies to its extensive internal network.

The airline has also launched an additional daily flight from Manila to the popular vacation spot of Bohol (Tagbilaran), for a total of 28 weekly flights.

The airline will also strengthen its Cebu hub with a total of 51 weekly flights between Cebu and Davao, gateway to the Philippines’ southern islands, beginning May 1st, 2016.

Throughout the summer season, the airline will also increase frequencies from Cebu to the following domestic destinations: Bacolod (up to 17 weekly), General Santos City (up to ten weekly), Kalibo (up to 17 weekly), Puerto Princesa (up to 22 weekly), and Zamboanga (up to 12 weekly).

Those flying between Cebu and Iloilo can choose among 16 weekly flights, with some flights upgraded from ATR to Airbus A320 aircraft to increase the number of available seats.

Within the first week of April, CEB also aims to meet robust passenger traffic in Visayas and Mindanao with additional three weekly frequencies between Iloilo and Davao, and two weekly frequencies between Davao and Zamboanga.

Four weekly frequencies between Zamboanga and Tawi-Tawi will also be added starting May 1st.

“We hope to encourage our valued guests to cross more destinations off their travel bucket list, with our additional flights this summer.

“Passengers can maximize their vacation by taking advantage of our lowest year-round fares and widest flight network in the Philippines,” said Atty Mantaring, Cebu vice president for corporate affairs.
