Viceroy Hotel Group has confirmed it will debut a new luxury property in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago, set to open in 2017.
The group is working with Convexity Properties, Goettsch Partners and TAL Studios to develop the hotel on State Street in the Gold Coast, a flourishing neighborhood located just north of downtown.
Convexity Properties is collaborating with the city, neighbors and community groups to finalize approvals for the project.
