sir royston o. hopkinSir Royston O. Hopkin, owner and chairman of Spice Island Beach Resort in Grenada, welcomes Delta’s recently announced plans for winter services to Grenada.

Starting December 19, Delta will resume its seasonal service between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and Grenada's Maurice Bishop International Airport (GND), and include two additional flights during the peak holiday season providing three weekly flights on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The schedule will return to weekly Saturday-only flights starting January 9, 2016.

On June 6, Delta added 640 seats to Grenada's airline capacity from the U.S. market with non-stop services to Grenada from Atlanta. The weekly flights are scheduled to conclude on August 15, but will resume during the upcoming holiday season.
