ART Rotana Hotel opens in Bahrain

ART Rotana Hotel has officially opened its doors and is welcoming guests to its ocean-front property in the heart of Amwaj Islands, located on the Arabian Gulf, North East of Bahrain.

With 311 fully-equipped rooms and suites, ART Rotana features eight state-of-the art meeting rooms and conference facilities, a majestic ballroom, ten food and beverage outlets, a fully equipped Beach Club with modern Fitness and Wellness services and a children’s waterpark offering plenty of organised activities and attractions for the kids.

The property focuses on art and creativity, featuring an art collection reflective of the growth of Bahrain and the Middle East further embellishes the walls of the hotel lobby. Titled ‘A moment in time’, the private exhibits add an extra touch of novelty.

Joe Batshoun, General Manager of ART Rotana Amwaj Islands, commented, “We have no doubt that ART Rotana will transform Bahrain’s hotel industry and become a hotspot for both the locals and thousands of tourists that flood this country every year.

“We are very excited to introduce a new concept to the country’s bustling hospitality scene; ART Rotana is ideally placed in one of the most popular, trendy water-front locations on the island and has an offering that sets it apart from other attractions. Our emphasis is on creative living and this is reflected across our premises, facilities and services; from the building’s architectural design and interiors right down to the warm and friendly service that greets our guests.” Batshoun added.

Since hosting the first Formula1 a decade ago, Bahrain has increasingly drawn in crowds for various high-profile international sporting events. Whether it is for work, relaxation or play, we want our guests to feel inspired and we are confident ART Rotana will achieve exactly that”, further commented Mr. Batshoun

Located five minutes’ drive from Bahrain International Airport and only 15 minutes from the city centre, ART Rotana caters to the growing needs of the global traveller.
