Air France launches new cabin to Los Angeles and Washington

France has introduced its new Best & Beyond cabins on flights to Los Angeles and Washington.

Customers travelling to Los Angeles and Washington can now enjoy the new Best & Beyond Business Class cabin and the fully-renovated seats in Premium Economy and Economy.

These destinations will be served with the new cabins up to seven times a week throughout the 2015 summer season, making the new long-haul cabins available to 16 destinations around the world.

In June 2014, Air France unveiled the first Boeing 777 equipped with its new long-haul cabin classes.

One year later, customer satisfaction ratings have significantly increased giving rise to a 28 point increase in the Net Promoter Score which asks how likely customers are to recommend the service to friends and family.

Air France’s new Best & Beyond cabins are available to:

  • North America – New York, Toronto, Vancouver, Washington, Los Angeles
  • South America – Sao Paulo;
  • Africa – Douala, Malabo, Yaoundé;
  • Middle East – Dubai;
  • Asia – Guangzhou, Jakarta, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo-Haneda, Wuhan.

Air France-KLM serves 19 destinations in North America on departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Amsterdam-Schiphol.

Recently, Air France-KLM also resumed operation of two seasonal services to Minneapolis and Dallas (USA).

Air France-KLM is also increasing capacity to Vancouver (Canada), with flights operated by Air France on departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle, and has recently begun operating flights to Edmonton (Canada) with KLM via its award-winning hub of Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
