Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort recently announced the hiring of Jessica Heath as the resort’s hotel manager on duty. Heath has previously held numerous management positions with Hilton in Anaheim, Seattle and Hawaii.
Heath brings a wealth of front office and guest service experience from her first position at the Hilton Anaheim as the journey ambassador where she managed the guest experience from arrival to departure. She moved to Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center where she completed the Hilton Front Office Leader-In-Training program. Upon completion of the program Heath was promoted to manager on duty at the 396-room property.
Her career brought her to Hawaii where she joined DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Alana – Waikiki where she was an assistant front office manager. Heath relocated back to California with Hilton Anaheim where she held positions as the event services manager, guest services manager, front office manager and most recently assistant director of front office.
As hotel manager on duty, Heath represents hotel management to ensure each guest at the Hilton Hawaiian Village has an exceptional stay.
“I am so excited to welcome Jessica to our Hilton Hawaiian Village ohana,” said Tracy Walker, general manager of Hilton Hawaiian Village, in a written release. “With her leadership experience working in the hospitality industry, she will bring so much to our team.”
