Vietjet launches new route to Yangon, Myanmar

Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company has officially launched the operation of its international flight route from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to Yangon, Myanmar.

The route will initially operate five round trips per week with a flight duration of two hours 15 minutes per section.

Vietjet currently operates two daily flights from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City.

Flights depart Singapore Changi International Airport at 13:00 and 17:25.

Return flights from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City depart for Singapore at 08:55am and 12:55.

The flight duration is two hours and five minutes.

Travellers from Singapore can then spend a full day in Ho Chi Minh City before departing for Yangon from Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 10:25 and arrive at Yangon International Airport at 12:10.

The return flight departs Yangon at 13:00 and arrives in Ho Chi Minh City at 15:45.
