Qantas Airways announced this week that it will be adding a new flight from San Francisco to Sydney. Beginning December 18, 2015, the flight is now available for bookings. The airline will be flying its B747 aircraft, which features comfortable arrangements for Economy, Premium and Business Class seating.
For a limited time, Qantas is also offering passengers exclusive rates on economy, premium and business class seats. When booking seats from San Francisco to Sydney by July 28 for travel after December 18, 2015, passengers will receive special rates on all classes. Economy seats will begin at $1,397, while premium seats will begin at $2,399. For more luxury flight accommodations including flat beds, gourmet menus and plenty of space, passengers can book business seats starting at $5,869.
Beginning in December, Qantas will offer a daily flight from San Francisco to Sydney departing at 11:25 pm local time and arriving in Australia at 9:00 am. A daily flight from Sydney to San Francisco will depart at 3:00 pm local time and arriving in California at 9:30 am.
