Lago by Julian Serrano debuted in April on the casino floor of the Bellagio, serving small plates inspired by Italy.
Now, Lago is offering a brunch experience that will have views of the Bellagio fountains. The brunch will begin running on August 30 with a three-course fixed menu. However, guests can now order lunch and dishes like lasagna verde. Brunch will start being served on August 30 and will include a three-course fixed menu. Brunch will be offered on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
