Four Sanibel and Captiva Islands properties have united under the newly-named Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts, a lodging management and marketing company located in southwestern Florida.

Properties under the Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts brand include ‘Tween Waters Inn Island Resort & Spa (formerly Rochester Resorts), Castaways Beach and Bay Cottage, Beachview Cottages, and West Wind Inn. By combining all properties under the same name, the organization aims to provide guests with a greater variety of accommodation options and experiences.

“Overall, the properties will maintain their own uniqueness, while working toward a common goal and mission,” said Tony Lapi, president and CEO of Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts.

Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts was originally founded as Rochester Realty in 1973, changing to Rochester Resorts after the acquisition of Beachview Cottages in 1979. The company eventually created its flagship property, ‘Tween Waters Inn, and later joined with Castaways Cottage in 1990, adding West Wind Inn in 2015.
