The Four Points by Sheraton Kaluga has opened its doors in one of Russia’s main industrial hubs. The hotel marks the entry of the Four Points brand to the Russian market.
Owned by Gostinichny Centre OJSC, the new Four Points features 174 guest rooms, a 240 square metre Agua Spa with access to hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi and a spacious fitness center. Guests will enjoy all of the brand’s popular amenities including fast and free WiFi, complimentary bottled water, and a wide selection of craft and imported beer as part of the signature Best Brews™ program. Local renowned chef Vladimir Rumiantsev and his team will welcome guests to La Grillade Restaurant featuring Mediterranean dishes with an Asian Twist and the Show Kitchen for charcoal-grilled delights. The Hubble Bar is the ideal spot to ease the winter pinch with a drink next to the fireplace.
“With nearly 200 hotels worldwide, we’re seeing incredible growth momentum of the Four Points brand globally, and look forward to building footprint in Russia with the brand’s entry to Kaluga,” said Michael Wale, President, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Europe, Africa and Middle East. “The hotel is a perfect match for the city, and we are confident that both business and leisure travelers will embrace the Four Points brand’s approachable design, excellent service and honest value.”

The company will double its footprint in Russia over the next three years and will open an additional hotel in 2015 – Sheraton Ufa.
