Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines is launching its new Grand Canyon North Air/Ground Tour, which will fly guests from Las Vegas to Bar 10 Ranch at the Grand Canyon's Northern rim. The airline will be the exclusive provider for round-trip flights to the ranch.
Guests will take a complimentary shuttle service from Las Vegas to the Boulder City Aerocenter, where they will board an airplane and enjoy a bird’s-eye view of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Colorado River. The airplane will land at the Bar 10 Ranch where guests will experience a guided ground tour on a Polaris Ranger, traveling through Whitmore Canyon and Lake Mead Recreation Area. The tour concludes with a homemade Dutch oven barbecue lunch.
Bar 10 Ranch, founded in the 1970s by Tony and Ruby Heaton, is known as the ideal starting point for river rafting adventures along the Colorado River, and also operates as a working cattle ranch.
The eight hour tour includes round-trip hotel shuttle transportation, and self-guided ATV upgrades are also available for an additional $65 per person. Guests can extend their excursion and book an overnight and stay at Bar 10, as well as enjoy horseback riding, and dinner and evening entertainment.
Rates for the Grand Canyon North Air/Ground Tour begin at $324 per person, $304 per child (ages 2 to 11). The overnight excursion price begins at $599 per person. The tour is available through November 20 and not available on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the month of November.
