Crystal Cruises has announced a series of promotions which the line expects to enhance the operational, communications and sales management teams.
Donna Cook, the company’s former director of sales for the Western U.S. and Canada, will serve as vice president of quality control and communications. In this position she will serve as a liaison between the operations, sales and marketing departments.
The company has also hired Rolando Trejos as its vice president of revenue management. Trejos will manage financial planning, product strategy and revenues for the company.
