Air China will begin a four-time per week flight service from Beijing to Melbourne starting June 1. The carrier will be the first to offer nonstop service between the two cities.
Weekly flights will depart on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday on Airbus A330-200 aircrafts outfitted with full-flat seats in Business Class, and personal AVODs and power outlets throughout the plane. A daily service is expected to launch in late October.
