As Rotana continues to expand – the hotel management group is scheduled to open an additional 15 properties in 2016 – the senior management additions to the UK team will help drive Rotana’s commercial development throughout Europe, playing a key role in developing the sales strategy into new territories and supporting the brand’s global expansion plans.
As area director of sales, Simes will be heading the regional sales team based in London to grow revenues in the leisure and business travel sectors.
