Clients heading from Texas to the Cayman Islands this summer and beyond have easier access with the launch of American Airlines’ new nonstop service from Dallas Fort/Worth International Airport (DFW) to Grand Cayman. The flights were officially launched on Saturday, June 6.
This year-round Saturday service includes two flight times, one in the morning and afternoon.
Cayman Airways also returned to the gate on May 30 with seasonal direct service from DFW to Owen Roberts International Airport/Grand Cayman (GCM). This twice-weekly service is available every Wednesday and Saturday from now through August 15.
Cayman Airways anticipates that the Dallas flight to the Cayman Islands will be a strong and successful year- round route serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and facilitating same-day connections to and from the U.S. Southwest and West Coast.
In fact, the Cayman Airways flights to Dallas were originally slated to launch April 10, but were delayed in order to adjust capacity to forecasted demand.
