The 2015 Cancun-Riviera Maya Wine & Food Festival (CRMWFF) has selected El Dorado Royale, A Spa Resort, by Karisma as the platinum host hotel for this year's event.

The property will host celebrity chefs, notables and VIPs as a part of a series of Star Chef Cooking Classes and Lunches, taking place March 13 – 15.

The 2015 CRMWFF will include Star Chef Cooking Classes and Lunches, Wine and Spirits Tastings, a Star Chefs Dinner, Celebrity Yacht Cruise, a Spanish Legends and Star Chefs in Mexico Dinner and a Gourmet Tasting Village, among others.

El Dorado Royale will host the CRMWFF’s Star Chef Cooking Class and Lunch on Friday, March 13 with Chefs Martha Ortiz and Patricia Quintana; Saturday, March 14 with Chefs Mikel Alonso and Bruno Oteiza; and Sunday, March 15 with Chefs Yerika Munoz and Carmen Ramirez. Events will include autograph signings. Tickets are $150 per person online and $200 per person at the door. Guests are encouraged to book in advance as each event allows for only 24 people.

The El Dorado Royale, A Spa Resort by Karisma is an adults-only gourmet inclusive property. The resort has eight a la carte restaurants, including Fuentes, a “culinary theater” where dishes are prepared in one of five open kitchens, as well as 15 bars and lounges, including bars specializing in martinis, beach bars and nine swim-up bars.
