JetBlue Airways has announced that it will be providing new seasonal non-stop flights from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) beginning this winter.

The services will operate five times a week, Thursday through Monday, beginning January 14, 2016 through May 1, 2016.

“Palm Springs’ re-emergence as a destination and the area’s nationally recognized events like Coachella make it the perfect addition to our transcontinental route map,” said Dave Clark, vice president of network planning at JetBlue.

JetBlue will bring the number of airlines with itineraries to Palm Springs International Airport to ten. Other carrriers offering service to the region include Virgin America, American Airlines, WestJet and Air Canada.
