Three Holland America Line cruise ships just received perfect scores of 100 on recent United States Public Health inspections.
The Statendam, Ryndam and Nieuw Amsterdam all received perfect scores following unannounced inspections in February and March.
Prior to these inspections, the Statendam received a score of 100 in June 2014. The line’s Eurodam also recently achieved its eighth consecutive perfect score, and in the past year Noordam, Zuiderdam and Westerdam also earned 100s.
CDC inspections are part of the Vessel Sanitation Program, which began in the 1970s, and is required twice a year for every ship.
